About Yvonne Vasquez

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business from California State University Channel Islands, and while real estate was not the career path I originally expected, it has become one I am incredibly grateful to pursue. Helping individuals and families feel informed, supported, and at ease as they navigate the path to homeownership is what I find most rewarding.

My approach is centered on communication, patience, and personalized guidance. Whether you are purchasing your first home, preparing for your next move, or simply exploring your options, my goal is to make the process feel clear, comfortable, and manageable from beginning to end.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my husband and young son. Some of my favorite moments are the simple ones—watching them work on cars together in the garage, seeing our dog Sadie race around the yard, and enjoying it all with a matcha tea in hand.
