About Jeff Roundy

After college and basic training with the U.S. Army Reserve, Jeff began his professional career as a loan counselor with a savings and loan company, where he reviewed real estate loan requests and gained experience in the appraisal department. He later entered the construction industry, learning firsthand how homes were built in the Palm Springs area.

When Jeff moved to Ventura in 1974, real estate felt like a natural next step. Following in the footsteps of his two grandmothers, both successful real estate brokers, he earned his license and began building what would become a decades-long career serving buyers and sellers throughout Ventura County.

Over the years, Jeff has represented clients through changing markets, evolving communities, and nearly every type of real estate decision. His background in lending, appraisal, and construction gives him a practical perspective that helps clients evaluate properties, understand potential challenges, and make informed decisions with confidence.
