About Jeff Bugbee

His career combines real estate expertise with more than 15 years of corporate leadership experience at companies including Netflix and NBCUniversal, where he built teams, developed business strategies, and drove sales. That background helped shape the disciplined, results-oriented approach Jeff brings to every client relationship today.

Jeff has worked with several respected real estate brands throughout his career, including Realty Executives and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, before joining Realty ONE Group. He has been recognized for his sales performance, including earning Berkshire Hathaway’s Leading Edge Award, and continues to work with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners across a wide range of real estate needs.

His professional expertise extends beyond traditional brokerage. Jeff is certified through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, allowing him to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients navigating later-in-life moves and real estate transitions. He is also the owner of a property management, leasing, and asset management business serving Southern California, giving him firsthand experience with the long-term ownership and operational side of real estate.

Known for his negotiation skills, communication, business experience, and approachable style, Jeff focuses on helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions with confidence. Whether working with a homeowner, investor, senior client, commercial buyer, or property owner, his goal is to provide strategic guidance, responsive service, and professional representation from beginning to end.

Outside of real estate, Jeff is active in professional and community organizations, including the SCV Business Professionals Committee and the Seniors Resource Alliance Group. He attended Arizona State University and earned his bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University. In his free time, he enjoys music, film, sports, and spending time with his wife Pam, their two adult children, and grandson.
